Kodak 5250 AIO Printer Review

I’ve had the Kodak 5250 Printer for about two years. I Received this product on Christmas 2009, as a gift. I’ve been using ever since for copying, scanning, and just plain printing. Before this printer, i’ve only had standard printers, that just did boring old prints. I am happy that i have this printer, it has worked perfectly with no problems. The only real problem is that it’s tricky to open the back to remove paper jams, but maybe I was just doing it wrong this whole time.

The best part of this printer is that it can connect to my Wi-Fi, so any computers or laptops in my house can print. (I’m hoping someday they will add support for tablet PC’s). I also like being able to take any memory card from my cameras and print pictures without going to my PC. The buttons work very well, and alot of  features can be done right from the printer – such as checking cartridge levels, wi-fi signal, and more. It’s also very easy for me to change cartridges – just flip open the top and go. The quality of photos is actually good if you wan’t to print some small prints of photos, I have done it, and I am impressed. However, the only deal with this printer is that Ink is not cheap.

This printer is around $100, it came out a few years ago, so the price has dropped a bunch. It may be old, but if it works, why should I upgrade now. It has all the features most printers have today, so it fits my needs perfectly.
